TL;DR
Campaigns let you send bulk emailsānewsletters, flash sales, remindersāwithout a trigger. Draft the email on the same canvas you use for Journeys, pick your audience via Tags, then Send now or Schedule. Sending is limited to paid plans; free users can draft and preview.
š§ What is a Campaign?
A Campaign is a singleāstep workflow that delivers an email to all profiles or a tagged subset, either immediately or on a future date/time. Itās perfect for:
Monthly newsletters
Holiday promos / flash sales
Billing or policy updates
Unlike Journeys (which react to events), Campaigns are manual broadcastsāyou decide when they go out.
